I have a small fountain in my front yard. I bought this product along with Protect and use both. As a result my fountain is cleaner and I don't have a build up of gunk. Since my fountain is only two gallons I use very little of this product and it does the job, no hint of algae.

What I received is NOT safe for wildlife or humans -- but OK for fish.

Fountec worked beautifully! Start with the recommended amount, then follow up with a few drops now and then during the warm season. Our algae-choked fountain cleared up in a day.
