After getting a memory foam mattress a year ago for ourselves, we decided to get some for the kids. I had had back problems for years until getting one, and within 2 days of sleeping on it, they went away. So, we thought we should get good ones for the kids, as they are growing and we wanted their little backs to be supported. But, I did not want to spend a fortune. The one we had bought for ourselves was a deal and still wonderful, so we took a risk in getting these at a super low price. They are fantastic! Our kids say that they are sleeping on clouds. They have been sleeping very well since they got them. ODOR: yes, there is a smell. It was a little strong the first day, but we left their doors open and it dissipated pretty quickly. We've had them for 10 days now and I don't notice any smell at all. FULLNESS: Yes, they really are 9". It's wonderful. OVERALL: these were a fantastic deal from a fantastic company and we're thrilled. Sweet dreams!!

We've had this for about a month now and really like it. We seem less sore and no longer wake up in the middle of the night with a body part "asleep". This bed is not super firm or super soft, it finds the right combination of the two. One negative, it came with no directions (not that it's hard to figure out--just open and let inflate to regular size), i just wanted know how long we had to wait until sleeping on it. I called and emailed the company and no one ever returned my call. Off gassing was minimal--maybe one day.

It arrived in an unrealistically small box for a whole mattress. I opened it and thought "Did they send me a mattress cover?!" lol. After cutting the plastic seal wrapping, it hulked it's way out of the plastic wrap into a huge mattress. I slept like a baby on it the first night. I was expecting a little adjustment from sleeping on a pillow-top for the last few years, but not at all. It's no tempurpedic, but you can't beat the price for a still wonderfully comfortable bed. Would certainly recommend.
